Okay, it was not the first time we bought and sold homes and we met several agents in the past; our favorite agent was on vacation and we met Forrest through a referral. Forrest was very thorough and experienced agent, other agents seemed to focus on the house price you will buy and will sell and have the urgency of you making an offer quickly, however we didn't feel it that way when working with Forrest. About Forrest Hayley
After graduating high school, I joined the military at the age of 17 to serve my country and to see the world. My first assignment while serving in the Air Force was McChord AFB, Washington. During this time, I fell in love with the state and with my future wife. Our love for Washington led us to return after my retirement from the Air Force, and my desire to help people led me into a career in Real Estate in 2014. In 2021, we moved to Knoxville, Tennessee to be closer to my family. I am currently the Principal Broker of Kelly Right Real of Tennessee, owner and instructor at Gateway School of Real Estate, the highest rated Real Estate School in Washington and hopefully soon in Tennessee.
To become a Real Estate Broker in Washington state, you are only required to attend 90 clock hours of Real Estate Education and pass the state/national exam. Clearly this is insufficient. Too many agents are uninformed on many subjects which has led to unsatisfied sellers and buyers and sometimes lawsuits. I have earned the only degree in Real Estate offered in the Northwest from North Seattle College to provide the best Real Estate services possible to all the people of this great state.
In addition to staying up to date on my own education, I also teach first time home buyer courses, VA home buyers, courses for the Washington State Housing and Finance Commission's low or zero down payment homebuyers program, as well as the full 90 clock hour Pre-Licensing courses for those interested in becoming Real Estate Brokers.
The military and my faith have ingrained in me the importance of professionalism, excellence, compassion, and doing the right thing always and I will do whatever I can to help you achieve your dreams!
