Okay, it was not the first time we bought and sold homes and we met several agents in the past; our favorite agent was on vacation and we met Forrest through a referral.
Forrest was very thorough and experienced agent, other agents seemed to focus on the house price you will buy and will sell and have the urgency of you making an offer quickly, however we didn't feel it that way when working with Forrest. He was kind, patient and always on our side in the buying process. I highly recommend Forrest and will be working with him in the near future.
